Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience editing direct-response or performance-driven video content for paid social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused editing principles, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTAs.
  • Proven ability to produce high-volume creative output in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation and enhancement tools (e.g., Remotion or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
  • Experience working with growth, marketing, or creative strategy teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work from briefs, take feedback effectively, and iterate quickly with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in fast-moving, feedback-heavy workflows.
  • Experience using AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Sora, Kling, Gemini workflows, Higgsfield, or similar).
  • Portfolio demonstrating direct-response and AI-enhanced video work.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit high-performing paid social video creatives optimized for conversion and engagement across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Work with AI-generated footage, focusing on stitching, sequencing, text overlays, pacing, and narrative flow for high-volume output.
  • Optimize hooks, storytelling structures, and calls-to-action to improve creative performance and campaign results.
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate production cycles and enhance creative quality.
  • Deliver large volumes of creative variations with minimal revision cycles in a rapid testing environment.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and growth teams to interpret briefs and execute performance-driven concepts.
  • Participate in creative reviews and feedback sessions, contributing ideas to improve iteration speed and output quality.
  • Continuously test and refine new AI-assisted editing approaches to improve efficiency and performance outcomes.
