Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React (Next.js) and/or Vue (Nuxt)
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and system design
- Experience building scalable, production-grade web applications
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript
- Experience in digital agencies or creative technology environments
- Background in highly interactive or design-driven web experiences
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP or Three.js
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SAAS or LESS)
- Performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with Storybook and component libraries
- API integration experience
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex frontend features and scalable systems using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js and Nuxt
- Design and implement robust frontend architectures while ensuring performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with designers, product strategists, and backend engineers to translate creative concepts into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs effectively
- Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, documentation, and improved development workflows
- Build and scale component libraries using Storybook
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across teams
- Explore and adopt new technologies, including AI-assisted development, to improve product quality and team efficiency
