Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in B2B content writing
- Excellent written communication skills with native-level English proficiency (C1 minimum required)
- Proven experience producing long-form content such as white papers, guides, or eBooks
- Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics
- Good understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
- Experience writing across different industries and adapting tone accordingly (preferred)
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for content publishing and editing
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently
- Creative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver long-form B2B content such as white papers, eBooks, guides, articles, and infographics that support marketing and lead generation goals
- Write and adapt additional content formats including newsletters, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and thought leadership materials
- Conduct in-depth research across industries to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and authority
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging based on target audience, platform, and content objective
- Ensure all content meets quality standards, SEO best practices, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand content needs, briefs, and campaign objectives
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
