Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience working with Laravel and React ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience gained through hands-on work
- Solid skills in developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8
- Strong interest in UX design, interface aesthetics, and creating elegant, user-friendly solutions
- Curious and proactive mindset — eager to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge across teams
- Enthusiastic about automated testing and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate small engineering teams (3+ people)
- Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting their professional growth and development
- Previous background in product-oriented organizations with multiple cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in driving engineering improvements that positively influenced other teams or the overall company
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or rapidly scaling companies
- Strong focus on users, paired with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of business English, in both spoken and written communication
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of remote and hybrid engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable features for a rapidly growing SaaS platform built on Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend)
- Contribute to key architectural decisions, develop reusable APIs and UI components
- Ensure best-in-class user experience for thousands of global users
