Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data/business analytics with large datasets (Internet, banking, telecommunication)
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Social Sciences, or related areas
- Familiarity with comprehensive statistical analyses: funnel analysis, clustering, forecasting, recommender systems
- Hands-on experience with building dashboards from scratch
- Comfort with understanding business problems of stakeholders and supporting with deep dives
- Proficiency in data transformation: SQL, plus Python or other scripting language
- Active user and early adopter of AI technologies, interest in prompt and context engineering
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive team player mentality
- Comfort communicating and presenting to diverse teams, including engineers and product stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end analyses from conception to presentation, powering personalized user experiences.
- Deeply understand the business, working with product managers and stakeholders.
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to foster a healthy data culture.
- Strive to have a positive impact on user experience and key company metrics, quantifying that impact.
- Proactively partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and deliver reports, analyses, insights, and data products.
- Foster self-service analytics by training and mentoring others and maintaining core datasets and dashboards.
- Experiment and adopt AI technologies in the data space.
- Team with data engineering to ensure comprehensive and trustworthy data.
