Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar applied ML role
- Strong proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or CatBoost
- Solid experience with computer vision and NLP techniques, including feature extraction, image processing, and text preprocessing
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and build end-to-end machine learning pipelines
- Strong understanding of core ML algorithms for classification, detection, and text-based analysis tasks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Full professional proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning models focused on computer vision and NLP tasks, including image classification, object detection, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
- Train and fine-tune deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers for applications like reverse image search and image-text matching.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines for large-scale image and text data ingestion, preprocessing, and model training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, model accuracy, and system reliability in production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques to continuously enhance algorithmic performance and robustness.
- Monitor deployed models, identify performance issues, and propose optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy over time.
