Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage environments
- 3+ years working with NetApp ONTAP / NAS platforms
- Advanced knowledge of ONTAP architecture, configuration, and administration
- Experience with replication and HA technologies (SnapMirror, SnapVault, MetroCluster)
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience
- Knowledge of CIFS and NFS protocols
- Understanding of backup integrations and data protection strategies
- Ability to work in structured ITSM / change management environments
- NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
- ITIL Foundation
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain NetApp ONTAP 9 storage environments
- Manage replication and data protection technologies such as SnapMirror, SnapVault, SyncMirror, and MetroCluster
- Plan capacity allocation and NAS architecture to support enterprise workloads and SLAs
- Lead incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage-related issues
- Support system upgrades, infrastructure changes, and data migrations
- Monitor storage performance and utilization, and provide optimization recommendations
- Work with automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware-level issues and coordinate support activities
