Requirements
- Combine knowledge of AI and LLM architecture with business context understanding
- Understanding of data engineering (Airflow/Snowflake)
- Understanding of agentic AI (langgraph/pydentic ai)
- Understanding of data extraction (llamaparse)
- Communicate with technical and business teams in English
- Mindset beyond simply completing tasks from Jira
- Focus on results (get the shit done)
- Professionalism and cultural awareness in client communication
- Understand that effect is more important than time spent
- Utilize automation tools like Cursor, Claude Code
- Efficiently operate with modern Machine Learning technology stack
- 4+ years of commercial experience in Data Science, NLP, AI, LLM, or Software Engineering
Responsibilities
- Create diverse systems supporting investment decision-making based on contextual knowledge
- Develop systems using RAG architecture and agentic approach
- Enable autonomous operation of language models
- Be responsible for the full solution lifecycle
- Have high autonomy and independence in decision-making and technology selection
- Design modern RAG-based systems from concept to production deployment
- Integrate models with investment data
- Co-create functions that generate real business value
- Directly impact strategic decisions of financial sector clients
