Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience with Python.
- Good understanding of Python and its common use cases.
- Familiar with regression testing and clean code principles (DRY, SOLID).
- Comfortable working with APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted workflows or LLMs into existing codebases.
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with the team.
- Solid English (min. B2, C1 preferred) & znajomość języka polskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance Python services and APIs that power Ludus AI tools.
- Integrate and iterate on AI components, LLM pipelines, and system integrations.
- Write robust tests (unit/integration) and refactor existing logic to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the engine team to solve technical hurdles and ship product improvements in a high-speed startup rhythm.
