Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an agile delivery, facilitation, or team lead role in a complex enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated ability to flex across delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
  • Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with backlog and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity in large health systems or similarly regulated industries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required
  • Minimum of 5 years Relevant experience (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years Managing people, processes, or projects (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Make cross functional AI product squads more effective by facilitating planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination
  • Coach product managers, data scientists, engineers, and clinical partners on agile principles
  • Identify and resolve blockers before they stall delivery, managing dependencies across product, platform, governance, and clinical teams and escalating when needed
  • Maintain clear visibility into tasks, issues, risks, and action items across squads
  • Plan and organize sprint demos and product testing events
  • Collaborate across IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time
  • Track and improve the health of delivery across the portfolio, using flow metrics and team feedback
  • Keep portfolio leadership informed on delivery progress with timely, accurate, and actionable status communication
  • Support onboarding of new team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the AI product function
