Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production systems with real ownership.
- Experience dealing with incidents and making trade-offs under pressure.
- Ability to solve business problems pragmatically.
- Clear communication skills for technical decisions and proposals.
- Comfortable working across teams.
- Adaptability to varied day-to-day tasks.
- Strong craft in writing maintainable code.
- Proficiency in using AI and modern tooling while understanding system fundamentals.
- Strong experience with at least one of Go, React/TypeScript, or Scala.
- Comfort with distributed systems thinking.
- Readiness to pick up new technologies as required.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating distributed systems and microservices.
- Solid relational database knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerisation.
