  • 10+ years of experience with solar or energy-related projects of $10M+
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • General knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Experience dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors
  • Proven ability to lead project teams
  • Proven ability to maintain relationships with external entities
  • Willingness and ability to travel 100% nationwide

Responsibilities

  • Manage large utility-scale solar projects across the continental United States
  • Assist developers and power companies in executing some of the most significant solar projects in the country
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee project aspects from initiation to completion
  • Assist in developing project chart of accounts, logistics plans, and detailed construction schedules
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project contracts and status reports
  • Coordinate with the Project Director and Operations Department for project buyouts
  • Monitor project labor for staffing and budget compliance
  • Establish and lead the on-site Quality Management process
  • Oversee the pay request and job cost reporting processes
  • Ensure effective implementation of safety and affirmative action programs
  • Train and monitor project labor performance and development
  • Review and approve material orders and installation plans
  • Lead project close-out processes and relationship management with stakeholders
