Requirements

10+ years of experience with solar or energy-related projects of $10M+
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
General knowledge of construction principles and practices
Experience dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors
Proven ability to lead project teams
Proven ability to maintain relationships with external entities
Willingness and ability to travel 100% nationwide

Responsibilities

Manage large utility-scale solar projects across the continental United States
Assist developers and power companies in executing some of the most significant solar projects in the country
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee project aspects from initiation to completion
Assist in developing project chart of accounts, logistics plans, and detailed construction schedules
Maintain a thorough understanding of project contracts and status reports
Coordinate with the Project Director and Operations Department for project buyouts
Monitor project labor for staffing and budget compliance
Establish and lead the on-site Quality Management process
Oversee the pay request and job cost reporting processes
Ensure effective implementation of safety and affirmative action programs
Train and monitor project labor performance and development
Review and approve material orders and installation plans
Lead project close-out processes and relationship management with stakeholders
