Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-6+ years of experience in software development, developer relations, or technical advocacy roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Ability to write production-level code.
- Experience building and maintaining applications, APIs, or developer tools.
- Proven ability to create technical content such as blogs, tutorials, videos, or documentation.
- Experience speaking at events such as conferences, webinars, meetups, or internal technical sessions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience engaging with developer communities via GitHub, forums, or social platforms.
- Strong understanding of developer experience principles and modern software development workflows.
- Bonus: experience with React Native, Electron, open-source contributions, or AI-assisted development tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, open-source contributors, and P2P ecosystem communities.
- Create high-quality technical content such as tutorials, documentation, demos, sample applications, and educational materials.
- Design and deliver prototypes, reference implementations, and hands-on examples showcasing real-world P2P use cases.
- Engage with developers through webinars, AMAs, hackathons, meetups, and online community interactions.
- Collect, synthesize, and communicate developer feedback to product and engineering teams to improve tools and APIs.
- Advocate for developer needs internally, influencing product roadmap decisions and improving developer experience.
- Represent the organization at conferences and industry events, translating complex technical ideas into clear narratives.
- Support cross-functional teams in launching developer-facing features, SDKs, and platform updates.
