Requirements

- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows in fast-paced or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, trading systems, or financial products is highly desirable
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain structured processes
- Experience with CMS tools, content publishing, and marketing performance reporting frameworks
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to evolving priorities
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely execution of campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, compliance, design, and tech) to deliver multi-channel campaigns efficiently
- Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Oversee the creation, review, and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs
- Produce and manage high-quality content including blog posts, announcements, educational materials, and website copy
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product functionality and brand voice
- Manage publishing workflows across CMS platforms and optimize content for clarity, SEO, and target audiences
- Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights
