Requirements
- Ideally, training or studies with a focus on real estate or construction management
- Sound professional experience from the construction industry (purchasing or construction site, e.g., foreman/construction manager)
- High digital affinity
- Ability to effortlessly adapt to new IT and software systems
- Experience with the AVA process (bonus)
- Initial knowledge of contract law (e.g., VOB, BGB, HGB)
- High value on detail accuracy
- Strong affinity for processes and numbers
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Support the project-related procurement of supplier and subcontractor services for renovation projects
- Manage the entire tendering process
- Conduct contract and price negotiations
- Responsible for awarding subcontractor services
- Coordinate with planning and project management teams on tenders
- Build a sustainable network of subcontractors and partners and develop this network further
- Ensure precise and clear communication with partners during the entire project duration
