Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-stack engineer
- Strong track record of building and shipping software products
- 3+ years experience as a full-time professional software engineer
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Demonstrated experience in making product decisions through first-principled reasoning and understanding of customer use cases
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of testing and observability
- Proficient in Remix, React, Prisma, Typescript, Effect.js
- Experience with Datadog and Sentry
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and improvements for our software platform.
- Contribute to the development of a Compliance Rules Engine to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create Workflow Automations that streamline and optimize the employee onboarding process.
- Build robust and user-friendly React UIs for seamless user interactions.
- Develop Embeddable UIs that can be integrated into our clients' existing systems.
- Work on the Internationalization of our software to support a global user base.
- Integrate Third Party APIs to enhance the functionality and features of our platform.
