  • Proven expertise in building and scaling HR functions from the ground up
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and modern recruitment technologies
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of master-level interns in talent acquisition
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies for quarterly intern recruitment cycles
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding
  • Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic workforce plans and organizational development initiatives
  • Support broader People Operations initiatives as needed
