Requirements

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
Specialism and proven experience teaching Secondary Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
Ideally hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Must provide a current international police clearance for any periods spent working abroad within the last 5 years
Ability to differentiate teaching for diverse needs (e.g., SEND, MAT, CLA)
High standards and expectations for student engagement and achievement
Proficient in using digital tools to enhance the learning experience
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, supportive attitude

Responsibilities

Deliver stimulating and challenging live Science lessons that motivate students to succeed.
Enable students to acquire and consolidate scientific knowledge and skills.
Create a positive, safe online learning environment in line with behaviour and safeguarding policies.
Proactively seek opportunities to share best practices and pursue professional development.
