Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of proven experience managing software development projects, either as a Project Manager or Lead Developer
- 5+ years of overall experience in software development, including hands-on commercial coding within the last 3 years
- Experience working in small to medium-sized businesses (20-100 employees)
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar
- Foundational knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern software delivery concepts
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and related delivery methodologies
- Strong working knowledge of common software engineering and collaboration tools such as Git, Asana, Confluence, Slack, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of various testing approaches, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as test automation, performance testing, and security testing
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Strong ‘get-it-done’ mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder management
- Strong proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently

Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Technical Project Manager, escalating predefined scenarios and implementing new processes
- Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and adjust plans proactively for a team of 50+ engineers
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
- Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project blockers
- Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, product, and business teams
- Gather feedback after project completion and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement
