- Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
- Experience with data labeling and manipulation techniques, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data processing
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data quality issues
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering positive experiences for others
- Certified as a Linguist (plus)
Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets, translating raw data into actionable insights that can support business improvement strategies.
- Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements, ensuring high accuracy.
- Oversee the quality of training data, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
- Provide translations and contextual understanding where necessary to ensure data is aligned with language and cultural nuances.
- Offer suggestions aimed at improving business processes and outcomes based on your data analysis.
- Transcribe and annotate audio or video files according to detailed project guidelines.
