Requirements
- Have C2 proficiency in the language you teach.
- Hold a valid teaching certification such as TEFL, CELTA, or a relevant university degree.
- Have previous experience with online language teaching.
- Have experience with 1:1 coaching or personalized learning support.
- Have B1 level or above in English if English is not your teaching language.
- Have B1 level or above in another language if English is your teaching language.
- Be comfortable teaching professional communication skills, including presentations, negotiations, business writing, meeting management, and multicultural communication.
- Have communication and presentation skills to engage learners effectively online.
- Have reliable high-speed internet and a modern laptop or PC with a working microphone and camera.
- Be able to comply with applicable local freelance and contractor regulations.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging 45-minute online language lessons for corporate learners.
- Provide personalized 1:1 instruction that combines language teaching with individualized coaching.
- Conduct learner needs analyses, assess language levels, and create tailored learning paths aligned with individual goals.
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and establish clear learning objectives.
- Deliver interactive group lessons for groups of up to five learners.
- Create an active learning environment that encourages communication, participation, and practical language use.
- Teach professional communication topics, including presentations, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.
- Adapt teaching methods and lesson content to different learning styles, professional contexts, and language levels.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning experience for students from diverse backgrounds.
