Requirements
- Experienced in Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable moving between backend and frontend
- Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning
- Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make data usable, visual, and fast
- Pragmatic and fast-moving, you know how to deliver in an evolving product environment
- Opinionated about clean, maintainable code but flexible when shipping fast matters
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipeline concepts (bonus)
- Experience in frontend performance optimization and responsive UI design (bonus)
- Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based backend systems (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks
- Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems
- Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services
- Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature
- Help shape development standards, best practices, and architecture for scalability
