  • Strong understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce, Amazon SEO, and conversion copywriting techniques
  • Excellent project management skills with tools like Asana
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating clarity and precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, or similar software
  • Advanced organizational skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Craft content that captivates, informs and persuades, including SEO-rich titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and brand copy
  • Partner with Data Analytics and Market Insights teams to identify top keywords and implement SEO best practices for optimized content
  • Align content with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging while considering Amazon’s content constraints
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers, Content Managers, Graphic Designers, and other team members to manage project status, assignments, content updates, and resolve challenges
  • Utilize Asana for content requests, task management, and project oversight, ensuring clear timelines and quality control
  • Audit and update product listings to ensure accuracy and optimization, including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, and keywords
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s ranking algorithms, keyword optimization techniques, and content compliance guidelines
  • Stay informed on Amazon policies, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, Style Guides, Category Specifics, and Amazon’s Legal and Compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to platform standards for best performance
  • Discuss inconsistencies and recommend solutions with the manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirements
  • Maintain or exceed department-established performance standards
  • Continue to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standards
