Proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written). Strong listening and communication skills. Ability to work rotational night shifts. Dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace. Based in Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand. Possess a smartphone (Android 12+ / iOS 15+) or a laptop with the latest OS.

Responsibilities:

Provide real-time interpretation between English and Mandarin speakers. Interpret for general customer inquiries, healthcare, insurance, government, utilities, financial services, travel, and emergency situations. Ensure accurate and confidential interpretation.
