Enterprise Architect (Remote from Romania)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Master’s degree is a strong advantage. At least 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or related roles. TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification required. Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, modeling techniques, and business process analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Business-oriented mindset. English proficiency at B2 to C1 level. Comfort working in diverse, multicultural teams.

Assess existing enterprise architectures and contribute to target-state architectures. Perform business process analysis and support maturity assessments. Prepare architectural studies, business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations. Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders. Support solution evaluations and ensure alignment with standards. Produce architectural documentation, models, and presentations. Participate in international, multilingual meetings.
