Enterprise Architect (Remote from Bulgaria)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Master’s degree is a strong advantage. At least 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or related roles. TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification. Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, modeling techniques, and business process analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Business-oriented mindset. English proficiency at B2 to C1 level. Comfort working in diverse, multicultural teams and across multiple stakeholder groups.

Assess existing enterprise architectures and contribute to target-state architectures. Perform business process analysis and maturity assessments. Prepare architectural studies, business cases, roadmaps, and recommendations. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders. Support solution evaluations against enterprise architecture standards. Produce architectural documentation, models, and presentations. Participate in international, multilingual meetings.
