Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud solutions engineering, or a closely related technical role.
Expert-level knowledge of major hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, including security, networking, identity, workloads, and services.
Strong understanding of backup, high availability, and disaster recovery architectures in cloud environments.
Experience with identity providers and integrations, including Entra, Active Directory, and Okta.
Hands-on scripting experience with languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Practical experience with Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tools is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to deliver clear and engaging technical presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
Strong self-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities independently.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical guidance during customer-facing engagements, both remotely and onsite, supporting sales cycles.
Act as a cloud subject matter expert, advising on cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and automation strategies using Infrastructure as Code.
Lead deep technical discovery sessions to align customer pain points with appropriate cloud and data protection solutions.
Support solution validation and, when needed, assist with technical implementation and proof-of-value activities.
Deliver technical presentations and enablement sessions for sales and systems engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to share real-world feedback, identify product gaps, and test new features prior to release.
