Handle incoming technical support requests escalated from the 1st line support team. Verify issues require a technical problem needing a code or data fix. Create work items on DevOps and manage tasks against them. Debug code and databases to identify customer issues. Implement code or database fixes to solve issues. Escalate to the development team as necessary. Respond to the 1st line support team when an issue has been resolved or escalated. Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across supported software and technologies. Participate in daily stand ups to provide updates on outstanding customer issues.
