Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom widgets and interactive components using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow. Deliver high-code solutions that support modern, user-friendly portal experiences. Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external services through APIs. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, tested implementations. Contribute to sprints and development cycles with clean, maintainable code. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize portal components for performance and usability. Maintain technical documentation and participate in internal knowledge transfer.
