Product Designer (UX)

3+ years of experience as a product/UX designer, with a portfolio spanning web and mobile products Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems Experience working closely with engineers and product managers in fast-moving teams Comfort designing from incomplete inputs and evolving requirements

Lead end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces, from early concept to production Design key user flows that make advanced AI capabilities feel simple, natural, and usable Partner closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to explore problems, test ideas, and ship fast Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile Rapidly prototype and iterate on new interaction models, especially for AI-driven experiences Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine product direction Help define and evolve A1’s design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability Advocate relentlessly for the user while balancing product velocity and technical constraints
