Training Program Specialist

3+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or adult learning Experience managing LMS platforms and/or creating digital learning content Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Proficiency with concepts of video editing with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Camtasia Familiarity with data quality, governance, or content management principles Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Experience with instructional design, including adult learning principles Ability to deliver engaging, accessible learning content Adaptability: Updates materials as processes evolve Highly collaborative and able to work with multiple teams

Develop and manage structured learning paths Create digital training modules, quick guides, and assessments Deliver live and recorded training sessions Collaborate with managers and SMEs to identify training needs Update and maintain training materials Measure training effectiveness Partner with the Governance Specialist Promote a culture of continuous learning
