Medical Coding Specialist - Remote Position

Proven experience in medical coding, preferably in a telehealth setting. Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance standards. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Review telehealth visit documentation to assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer-specific guidelines. Work closely with providers to clarify documentation and coding requirements. Submit accurate coding information for billing and insurance claims. Stay current on telehealth coding changes, regulations, and best practices.
