Requirements:
- Must hold an active independent license in New York: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC/LPC
- Demonstrated experience using evidence based methodologies
- Proven experience providing compassionate, patient centered therapy
- Prior telehealth experience is highly preferred
- Willingness to participate in training and commitment to deliver manualized protocol
- Proficiency using a computer and navigating technology: Google suite, video conferences, EMR
- Excellent written, verbal communication and clinical documentation skills
- Able to work from home with reliable internet connection and ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality; meet all HIPAA requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluation and assessments, diagnose and develop treatment plan
- Provide ongoing individual, couple, family, group therapy through video-based telehealth sessions
- Participate in 2-week onboarding and training in evidence-based care pathways
- Complete all required screening tools and clinical chart documentation in 24 hours
- Attend individual supervision/consultation up to twice per month
- Attend suicide care consultation group minimally once per month
