Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply Proficient computer skills and typing speed of 40 WPM or higher Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor, with a focus on excellent customer experience Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Home setup with high-speed internet, stable power supply, and a quiet workspace free from distractions Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including occasional weekends, and willingness to travel for training

Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding HVAC products via phone and online support Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction Communicate product information clearly and professionally, translating technical details for homeowners Document support interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately Collaborate with other support and technical team members to identify trends and recommend improvements Maintain availability during scheduled hours and participate in periodic training or product refurbishment sessions Follow company procedures and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service
