Investigate user activity and fraud cases Complete a high volume of investigations with strong quality scores Identify patterns, trends, and potential rings of fraudulent behaviour Make clear, confident decisions on cases Review and QA peer investigations, providing constructive feedback Collaborate with other teams to improve fraud detection processes Contribute to projects like testing new rules and documenting processes Shift the team from reactive investigations toward proactive fraud prevention
