1-3 years' experience in data entry, administration, marketing, home care, VA, or healthcare in the senior industry Knowledgeable of administration principles and practices Computer savvy Self-starter and disciplined in setting and maintaining communications and schedule Able to build relationships quickly and deliver succinct messaging Demonstrated competence in task management with strong multitasking Able to analyze and interpret data, gather needed information, evaluate the situation and offer suggestions Strong computer/technical skills and proficiency with PC based MS Office Suite, and CRM management At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles supporting healthcare, VA CCN, TriWest, home care, home health, senior living (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills (preferred) Familiarity with home care documentation and VA compliance standards (preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks across regional branches (preferred) 2-3 professional references (preferred)
