FT W2 Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner | Maryland License

Active national board certification as a (WHNP, FNP, or similar). Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions. Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication with clarity and compassion. Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care. Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research. Highly skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms. Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license in at least 2 of the following states: Texas, Illinois, California, Michigan, Ohio. Autonomous preferred in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Maryland, Florida.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care. Complete required trainings and adhere to company policies. Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Dedicate full-time focus including consults, prescribing medications, and providing medical guidance. Handle charting, patient questions, and administrative tasks.
