4+ years of product experience At least 1 year in a senior/leadership Product Owner or equivalent role Proven experience coaching or leading others in an agile product development environment Strong analytical and prioritisation skills Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, agile SaaS businesses Confidence navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Undergraduate qualifications in Business Systems, IT, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline preferred Bonus points for experience working with big data or platform-scale products

Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives Refine backlogs and stakeholder engagement Collaborate on product vision and roadmap Identify optimization opportunities Break down complex problems Undertake product discovery and validate solutions Ensure backlogs are well-groomed and prioritized Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints Work with Product Designers and Engineers Support cross-functional collaboration Articulate customer needs and priorities to stakeholders Present updates at leadership meetings
