Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field. 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years directly in product management. Experience in dynamic, high-growth tech or finance environments. Experience managing technical products and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated self-driven entrepreneurialism. Understanding of web, mobile, and backend technologies. Strong proficiency in data gathering and interpretation. Expertise in user experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology. Experience in leadership positions with sole ownership for business outcomes. Experience creating roadmaps and prioritizing with numerous stakeholders. Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and data analysis tools/techniques. Ability to deliver measurable results in ambiguous environments. Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills. High bandwidth & organizational skills. Ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication of complex ideas. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, legal, etc.). Collaborative team player, willing to lead and contribute hands-on. Excellent planning, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Own and achieve product KPIs and goals. Prioritize and execute initiatives efficiently. Provide effective management to team members. Create, plan, and execute user research. Identify product gaps and generate new ideas. Ensure initiatives are clearly defined and tested. Define, set up, and monitor product KPIs.
