Responsibilities

Visiting active construction sites and apartment buildings within the Bay Area
Introduce value, set up meetings with senior rep
Provide construction projects with skilled trades, labor, and safety support
Provide maintenance technicians to apartment communities
Build relationships with active superintendents and project teams
Meet or exceed sales metrics for meetings, contacts, and proposals
