Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields; Master's or MBA/PGDM preferred. 1-2 years of domain expertise in market access secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, or patient service analytics. Strong Market Access business acumen. Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and familiarity with specific data sets (Prescription, Medical/Pharmacy claims, Formulary datasets, Specialty pharmacy/Hub data, Non-Retail sales). 1-2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL, Python, R & Excel. Exposure to stored procedures, slide creation (decks), and familiarity with tools like Retool, Power BI, and Power Query is a plus. Experience in product development, management, or operations. Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills. Detail and results oriented with a strong focus on quality, analytics, operations, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to work with global teams across different time-zones.
