Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields; Master's or MBA/PGDM preferred. 1-2 years of domain expertise in market access secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, or patient service analytics. Strong Market Access business acumen. Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and familiarity with specific data sets (Prescription, Medical/Pharmacy claims, Formulary datasets, Specialty pharmacy/Hub data, Non-Retail sales). 1-2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL, Python, R & Excel. Exposure to stored procedures, slide creation (decks), and familiarity with tools like Retool, Power BI, and Power Query is a plus. Experience in product development, management, or operations. Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills. Detail and results oriented with a strong focus on quality, analytics, operations, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to work with global teams across different time-zones.
Responsibilities:
Understand and communicate client business needs and issues. Execute and suggest improvements to operational procedures. Implement process improvement in operational workflows. Assist Product Owners to streamline idea to development processes. Enhance and maintain data products by understanding data, product offerings, client needs, and business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders regarding business objectives. Support product management with product development and execution. Create technical requirements, user stories, and test plans. Compare datasets to ensure data quality and derive actionable insights. Apply quality checks and validations to product delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders across different time zones. Build subject matter expertise in operational processes, data tools, and methodologies. Work on multiple client tasks simultaneously. Conduct secondary research on marketplace conditions and competitive environment. Coordinate and co-lead design sessions.
