Requirements
- Mastery in HTML/CSS/JScript and at least one front-end framework
- Mastery in at least one backend programming language (JavaScript, C#, GoLang, Python, etc.) and framework
- Mastery in application design (APIs, Integrations, Messaging, Streams, Queues, REST, GraphQL, MVC, Websockets, etc.)
- Mastery in manipulating data formats and experience with various data technologies
- Mastery in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) and cloud architecture
- Mastery in common security concepts and protection techniques
- Mastery in git and DevOps technologies like IaC (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Mastery in observability areas and technologies (monitoring, logging, alerts, distributed tracing)
Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality software, documentation, and advocate for best practices
- Solve complex problems through mastery of software architecture and design
- Manage operations, including source control, code reviews, and deployment pipelines
- Orchestrate collaboration, building cross-functional and organizational teams
- Influence stakeholders, make critical decisions, and motivate others
- Promote self-development, delegate, elevate, and mentor others
