Senior Product Manager — Protocol & dApp (DeFi)

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role). Strong experience with delivery-driven PM / PO responsibilities. Ability to write clear specs for complex technical products. Comfort working with engineers on protocol-level or backend-heavy systems. Strong judgment around scope, sequencing, and trade-offs. Experience in DeFi, fintech, or other financial infrastructure products.

Own the backlog across product and protocol. Ensure everything entering delivery is ready (clear scope, specs, acceptance criteria). Drive PRDs and coordinate Tech Specs with engineering. Run planning, grooming, and delivery cadence. Act as the product quality gate. Reduce execution noise, last-minute scope changes, and rework. Lead product discovery and problem framing. Contribute to product strategy and long-term vision. Define success metrics and trade-offs. Shape the roadmap for a product with real scale and impact.
