Intercompany Accounting Supervisor (Remote)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA or equivalent international certification is a plus) 6–10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience Experience with consolidations and U.S. GAAP reporting Solid technical accounting expertise, including intercompany eliminations Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Advanced Excel/analytical skills Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to analyze large data set, and accuracy Enthusiastic and eager to learn Perform job duties under minimal daily supervision

Assist in timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures. Prepare and maintain schedules to support financial statements and disclosures. Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany activities elimination. Review consolidated subsidiaries' standalone financial statements. Work with ERP system to build customized reports for data analysis and reconciliations. Provide suggestions and support for process improvements. Support corporate accounting team in month-end close. Assist with requests from external auditors.
