Intercompany Accounting Supervisor (Remote)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA or equivalent international certification is a plus) 6–10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience Experience with consolidations and U.S. GAAP reporting Solid technical accounting expertise, including intercompany eliminations Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Advanced Excel/analytical skills Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to analyze large data set, and accuracy Enthusiastic and eager to learn Perform job duties under minimal daily supervision Equipment ready (laptop, headset, etc.)

Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures under US GAAP. Prepare and maintain schedules to support financial statements and disclosures. Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany activities elimination. Review consolidated subsidiaries' standalone financial statements. Work with ERP system to build customized reports for data analysis and reconciliations. Provide suggestions for process improvements. Support the corporate accounting team in month-end close. Assist with external auditor requests.
