Requirements:
Undergraduate degree (Business Systems, IT, or Engineering disciplines preferred). 5+ years of experience in product management and strategy. Proven record of successfully launching products. 3+ years working experience with software development teams using agile (Scrum preferred). Experience with marketplaces or building supply and demand. Innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and user-centric design. Ability to drive cross-functional alignment, motivation, and team coordination. Strong analytical skills, data-informed and metrics-oriented approach. Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain situations. Ability to write well-defined specifications. Track record of critically analyzing data samples and producing insights. Ability to challenge expectations and question the status quo. Hungry, creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven with a diverse skill set. Experience validating ideas and generating user feedback through customer research methodologies. Proven commercial acumen with ability to build financial models and execute on business drivers. Bonus: Experience with HR, recruitment, and/or payroll software. Bonus: International product experience.
Responsibilities:
Define roadmap for global scale-up of recruitment and marketplace strategy. Responsible for product vision delivery and success. Drive product discovery for roadmap features and initiatives. Translate product vision and roadmap through to delivery, operation, and continuous improvement. Monitor and adapt product vision and roadmap. Apply strategic mindset to user story prioritization and delivery. Continually maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories. Balance business goals, stakeholder expectations, and customer desirability with feasibility. Represent the customer and business in decision-making prioritization. Identify, filter, and prioritize customer complaints and feedback. Collaborate with designers and product leadership on testing and performance measurement. Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure best-in-class designs and create user stories/acceptance tests. Collaborate with Developers to ensure product vision and solutions are feasible and viable. Work with Sales and Marketing to develop launch collateral. Collaborate with Professional Services and Support teams for rollout and implementation plans. Concisely explain ideas, issues, or project status to stakeholders. Ensure product requirements are gathered accurately and communicated transparently. Host, conduct, and articulate presentations to the organization and external customers.
