Requirements:
Some claims experience within the Lloyd’s/London market or insurance operations desirable. Basic familiarity with ECF/CLASS or willingness to learn. Good IT literacy including MS Office. Strong organizational skills. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, flexible, professional, and collaborative approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and escalate issues.
Responsibilities:
Support the full claims process from notification through settlement. Assist in creating and maintaining accurate claims files. Prepare and submit advice and collection documentation via CLASS/ECF. Liaise with Insurance Accounts or Finance team for payments. Handle internal and external claims queries. Assist with periodic reporting and basic analysis. Support aggregation reporting and bordereaux activities. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
