Proactively suggest and implement automations and optimizations across the sales cycle and operational workflows Leverage AI tools to streamline sales operations, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency Research, propose, and operationalize initiatives aimed at generating additional revenue streams Continuously identify areas where AI solutions can improve sales processes, reporting, or decision-making Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly reports covering sales activity, performance metrics, and key operational challenges for leadership Own day-to-day sales operations, including system health checks, CRM filters and workflows, sales team scheduling, and course distribution updates Actively monitor and improve lead processing time through accurate routing, prompt assignment, and follow-up optimization Serve as the first point of contact for sales team operational questions Assist in managing and prioritizing customer inquiries in shared operational mailboxes Maintain and continuously update the unified sales resource library Lead the preparation and upkeep of sales templates, payment links, and product documentation for immediate team use Support the operational onboarding of new sales representatives
