Offshore Database Engineer / Data Analyst (Project-Based Contract)

Fluent English Proven experience in data engineering, database development, or data analytics Strong ability to work with unstructured or semi-structured data Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Microsoft Access or similar tools preferred Experience designing databases or structured data models from scratch Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently and manage a short-term project Comfortable extracting data from PDFs and disparate source files

Review and consolidate M&A-related data Extract and normalize data from spreadsheets, PDFs, and other source formats Design and build a structured database Organize financial data into clearly defined categories Ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity Recommend and implement a Microsoft-based solution Document the structure and logic of the database Partner with internal stakeholders to validate assumptions and data categorization
