Accountant (E-commerce)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role. Inventory and e-commerce experience preferred. Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting systems. Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Create and process invoices in QuickBooks. Support accurate inventory accounting by performing reconciliations. Allocate payments and match deposits to invoices. Manage and reconcile company cards. Oversee accounts payable processes using Bill.com. Administer accounts payable and receivable functions. Monitor accounts receivable collections and follow up with customers. Collaborate with other departments for financial accuracy.
