5+ years of experience building and shipping products in Crypto Lending or Trading Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi Experience working with large institutions, funds, or capital allocators in DeFi or Traditional Finance Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, etc.) Proven experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products Exceptional organization and communication skills Low-ego, high-ownership mindset
Responsibilities:
Set the product vision and strategy for the Prime Products vertical Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders (Curators, Institutions, Pro Users) Deeply understand the crypto lending space, including market trends and competitors Shape products for risk and exposure management on the protocol Work directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products
